Right to Complain
Purchases are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act regarding defects. You have a 24-month right to complain. You must submit your complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Complaints made within 2 months are always considered timely.
In the event of a justified complaint, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a refund, or a proportionate price reduction.
